Hey,

My name is Chad, i'm a first year nursing student at Griffith, however my ulimate goal is to become a doctor. I know that it's kind of early to be thinking about it now but i can't help myself.

I stumbled on to this forum while googling for GAMSAT information, and am impressed by the level of support people get here; with that in mind i feel this is a perfect place to start the daunting and scary yet exciting journey that is the GAMSAT exam.

I've read a few threads and found that people don't exactly have to be in the 3rd year of thier degree to actually sit the test as it states on ACER. So therefore i will be attempting GAMSAT "09" so my goal seems a bit more reachable.

Thanks

PS. sorry if i sound full of myself.

Hey mate, welcome to the forum.

I don't think you sound full of yourself at all - I think it's a great idea to sit the GAMSAT in your penultimate year. The results are valid for two years, so it obviously just gives you an extra opportunity to get a good score. Who knows - it might even take the pressure off GAMSAT 2010 when it really counts!
