Has anyone ever transferred from one Med School to another?

Just wondering.

How would one go about doing this do you think?

Extremely unlikely - the only case I ever heard about was an extreme personal situation, and involved a full repeat of the course.

its possible

my friend transferred from UWA to Sydney. She applied under personal reasons as her fiance was in the airforce and had been transferred. She did not have to repeat any years but was an above average student. she transferred in 4th year

Another from UWA in my year transferred to Melbourne - no repeat years either. her mother was very ill and she was originally from Melbourne - she transferred in 3rd year.

I think you need to look at the course (are they the same time and structure) and you need to have a good reason to go. Post grad transfers would be more difficult then undergrad.
