Hi everyone I hear that the Griffith interview is really scenario based and was just wondering how everyone actually prepared for it? It would be a great help if a few of you could explain how the interview process goes including a couple of questions that were asked?

Appreciate any help! Shocked

I didnt really prepare at all. I just spent the last year or so really considering my beliefs and opinions, and was just completely my self in the interview and gave my "true" answer, even if i didnt think it was the answer they were looking for. The interviewers are intelligent, perceptive people and they can tell when you dont truely believe what you are saying. Best thing you can do is be your self, but seriously spend time reflecting and thinking about what you believe and what kind of person you are, and then stick with your beliefs even if they are challenged. By doing that I got a CSP as my first preference.

I agree with drjv.

While the GU interview is scenario-based, they are really asking you what you value in terms of morals and ethics. They ask certain questions to understand how you balance sensitivity and purpose.
'Preparing' for these types of questions often comes across as contrived, and they can detect this in the way you answer.
This is good news for those of you trying out for GU in future years - all you have to do is turn up and be yourself! How easy is that?
