Hi I've made up my mind to sit Gamsat in 2008. I've done the exam for the first time this March in Sydney. I was not well prepared, so I'd like to start the study asap and hopefully get a better mark in 2008.

I'm a nurse and my biology is good. I've got 2 sets of reading materials. I work from Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.

Pls let me know if you like to meet up around city or pyrmont, after work or during weekend.

My email: francepopcorn at hotmail dot com

I can't post my email at the moment, pls put yours here and I'll contact you. Thanks.

Good luck everyone!

Hi,
I am in Adelaide so will be of no use to your endeavours but I was wondering if I could use your help in finding out how the exam went? Is it really difficult? What preparation did you do for it?
Regards
Woodie

Hi Woodie,

I think it really depends on your academic background. I did my high school in China, so I have no idea how much Australian students learn from the school. I'd say that the candidate has to have solid knowledge in Chemistry, physics and comprehensive social understanding. It is necessary to put in a lot of effort to go over the textbooks before the exam, in addition to tons of good luck.

Hi I would like to join the study group if it is possible cause I think I might want to do it again next year since I doubt my recent performance in this year GAMSAT. But I might need to know how I go by looking at the result on mid-may.

So when you available for meeting just tell me, OK!
